At Odd Possum Goods we create custom and made to order products. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be handmade. Once your order is completed, you will be notified, and your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

At this time we are only shipping to the Continental US

If you didn't love your order, we are happy to take it back. Returns are accepted within 45 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.

Items must be returned in clean and damage free condition for a full refund. We will provide a shipping label for your return, and you can drop it off at a designated shipping location. Please allow 4-6 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

If your item arrives in poor condition, please send us an email with photos of the damage to oddpossumgoods@gmail.com. Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 business days to receive a full refund or replacement.
