SHIPPING POLICY
Odd Possum Goods hand crafts custom products just for you! Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be handmade. Once your order is completed, you will be notified with a photo of your finished product. You have 24 hours to reject it before it sends.
Large orders of 15+ items may require up to 14 business days to create. If you would like to ask us about your order, please contact oddpossumgoods@gmail.com
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you didn't love your order, we are happy to take it back! Returns are accepted within 45 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.

Items must be returned in clean and damage free condition for a full refund. We will provide a free shipping label for your return, and you can drop it off at a designated shipping location. Please allow 4-6 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
If your item arrives in poor condition, please send us an email with photos of the damage to oddpossumgoods@gmail.com. Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 business days to receive a full refund or replacement.
